2 tbsp of your favorite vegan hazelnut cacao spread, we used Artisana Organic Foods Hazelnut Cacao Spread
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup dried goji berries
2 tbsp shredded coconut
Melt the chocolate
Pour the bag of Enjoy Life Mini Chips into a glass microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for 50 seconds. After 50 seconds stir the chocolate and repeat the process until it is completely melted.
Use some love to create your chocolate bark
Pour all of the melted chocolate into the baking pan lined with parchment paper. Dress it up by throwing some hazelnuts, cranberries, goji berries, and shredded coconut on top. Throw it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, break it into pieces and be ready because your love interest is about to fall head over heels for you. If you want to get fancy you can pour the melted chocolate into heart shaped silicone molds and put it in the refrigerator to make some even more professional looking treats.
